Desi is a Reno, Nevada native and a proud third-generation Northern Nevadan. Having lived in Reno his entire life, Desi developed a deep-rooted passion for sports, excelling in football and baseball. He lettered in both sports during high school while attending McQueen High School. After graduating, he pursued higher education at the University of Nevada, where he studied for five years while gaining hands-on experience working for West Coast Contractors as a yard hand.

Upon completing his education, Desi transitioned into the beverage distribution industry, joining New West Distributing (Coors). Over the next decade, he played a key role in the draft and special events department. In 2016, he shifted into logistics, joining Full Tilt Logistics as a traffic coordinator. Through dedication and strong leadership, he advanced through the company, earning promotions to broker, account manager, and ultimately Director of Operations. Today, Desi serves as the Vice President of Operations, where he is committed to expanding Full Tilt’s presence in the logistics industry while fostering a positive and growth-oriented workplace for employees.

With a vision for excellence, Desi is dedicated to positioning Full Tilt Logistics as one of the most successful brokerages in the country.
