Tony Walker is the Vice President of Business Development at Full Tilt Logistics, where he has been an integral part of the company’s growth since its early days. A proud Reno, NV native, Tony’s competitive spirit has fueled his drive for excellence throughout his career. After earning his degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, he relocated to San Francisco to push his boundaries and broaden his professional experience.

Starting in Homeowners Association (HOA) management, Tony quickly rose through the ranks, ultimately earning an Award of Excellence from the Bay Area Chapter for managing a portfolio of high-rise condominiums, including a flagship building for his company. By the time he became one of the youngest and most highly accredited HOA managers in California, he felt the call for a new challenge.

That challenge came when the Novich family—childhood family friends—launched Full Tilt Logistics. Tony dove in headfirst, starting from the ground up to learn the ins and outs of the logistics business. His firsthand experience working across various levels of the company has given him a deep understanding of Full Tilt’s culture, operations, and capabilities.
