Job Description: The primary responsibility of this position is continuous tracking booked loads from pickup to delivery


  • Track the status of shipments from inception to delivery and communicate with the sales rep on the status of the shipment and deal with any issues that may arise on any shipment
  • Complete entry into TMS and ready loads for accounting, error free and complete
  • Identify any shipment, billing or follow-up issues to supervisor.
  • Knowledge of all assigned carriers
  • Seek help from a Carrier Representative when you have a doubt
  • Deal with any issues that arise on any shipment
  • Monitor carrier report cards when necessary
  • Insure all activities are compliant with the industry laws and regulations
  • Honestly and ethically provide World Class Customer Service Position Requirements
  • Communicate effectively with carriers and build carrier relationships
  • Recommend process improvements and implement once approved
  • Maintain and update accurate information in company’s operating systems
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • Knowledge of logistics and the trucking industry including terminology
  • Microsoft Office and other Computer Skills.
