Tiffany Novich is the co-founder and CEO of Full Tilt Logistics, Full Tilt Transportation and Full Tilt Warehousing and Distribution. She is a graduate of the University of Nevada, where she was the Captain of the Women’s Rugby Team. She grew up in Southern Nevada competing in High School Rodeo throughout the state. After graduating from Nevada, Tiffany spent time fighting wildland fires where she met her husband Nic, Co-Founder of the Full Tilt Companies. Tiffany is very passionate about fitness, nutrition and being physically active. She cultivates a positive work environment and encourages employees to be themselves and utilize their strengths to be successful. She enjoys traveling, hiking, camping and exploring nature. Tiffany loves being a mom and spending time with her children, Avrie and Luke. Despite the responsibilities of the businesses Tiffany manages to maintain a healthy balance between work and family. She loves being involved in the community, supporting local small business and helping people. Her focus is on growing the companies, giving back to the community, and raising two wonderful children. Tiffany is on the Board of Directors of Little Flower School, Plumas Bank Advisory Committee and a member of the Reno Elks Club.
